Adding additional IP to quota resets the quota to 0

When I add an additional IP to a quota the quota gets reset to zero. Is this behavious something that could be modified?

Hi,
I have the same problem. One of the flatmates got a Wii, so I added this to the router, and added it to her quota. Her data usage then reset to 0mb. A bit frustrating!

All MAC addresses have been assigned a static IP address.
