Re: VPN problem

Post by bohousasd »

Hi there.
So...
First of all...I had public IP address shared with more customers of my provider as I am connected to the internet via WIFI so I have to pay 1 EUR per month for my private public IP address...
Secondly, but maybe not really necessary, I have now assigned fixed IP address on provider's router (just recommendation from my provider).
All other settings are on the pictures (my addresses are deleted od course and for sure you will have different.
Good luck to all with setting up your own VPN...I will donate Gargoyle by some small money, I'm really pleased to use it.
Thx....

the only thing, which I don't know why...when I connect to the VPN, I can't see VPN connection status in the status bar...no any connected clients there....
Small problem but it would be nice to see it

Hi
Anybody any idea, why I can't see connected clients even I'm connected to the VPN?

I suspect it depends on the device

e.g. rooted vs non-rooted etc

I didn't have many problem with my Samsung Tab3 but I couldn't get my nexus 4 to work?
