Help!
I'm new at this. I took an WRT54GL I had lying around and flashed it with Gargoyle 1.2.3 in the hopes of making it a client bridge for my PS3 which I have in the opposite end of the house from my main router.
I was able to initially login thru the web interface and set up the client bridge parameters that I thought would work. Well, it hung on me and I had to close the web window and reboot(unplug) the router.
When the router restarted, lo and behold, it worked; I was able to connect with my WRT120N wirelessly from a pc connected to the WRT54GL.
The problem now is I can't login to the WRT54GL via the web interface. I'm assuming whin I rebooted the router, the IP went back to the default of 192.168.1.1 (I had it set to 10.0.0.1 when it hung)(failsafe mode?), but I can't access that from the web interface. I downloaded Putty and tried to ssh and telnet into the router, but connections are refused.
What can I do?
How do I get into my router? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: I can't access my router from web interface
The IP should remain the same as whatever you set it to in the Bridge configuration section. I'm not sure why you can't access it. Also, you say the connection is refused -- is that right? That means the router is there but blocking connection for some reason. What is the gateway on your network? Maybe you're trying to login to the gateway instead?
If you need to reset the WRT54GL I suggest you try using TFTP to re-install the firmware image. There's a link to instructions on how to do this in the install guide.
