Exclude Traffic from Quota?

Hi,

My ISP provides for certain traffic to be excluded from counting in our download limits. Is there a facilty to exclude traffic from certain IP addresses (ranges) to be excluded from an individuals quota?

This is a planned feature (has been for a while), but other stuff, (like porting to backfire, and a lot of minor bug-fixes), keeps coming up.

So yes, I fully intend to implement this, but I'd rather not make any promises about when it will be ready.
