Hi Team,
I am currently on 1.6.2.
One thing I like to look at regularly is the usage of each device or home 'group'. Of which I am interested in the monthly usage, which seems to be broken. Daily is correct, so this is how I know, and also how I get my monthly value (by adding each of the daily usages).
This is cumbersome.
Has anyone become aware of this issue. Any fixes?
Please see attached images as reference of what I am talking about.
Thanks.

Re: Bandwidth Usage - Monthly Incorrectly Report
can you test 1.7.x
1.6.x is EOL
1.6.x is EOL
Re: Bandwidth Usage - Monthly Incorrectly Report
Well, not quite at this time.
Config from 1.6 does not carry over to 1.7, does it?
And 1.6 is working rather well, except for small glitches such as this one.
I would have to prepare for the change, so wont be any time soon.
However, am I the only one having this glitch with the usage logs on 1.6.2?

To ispyisail.
Where did you find that v1.6.2 is EOL?
I have not been able to find any reference of such thing, and find it particularly strange that v1.6.2 would be EOL when the following version release (v1.7) is in experimental stages.
Re: Bandwidth Usage - Monthly Incorrectly Report
Should be EOD (End of development)
If this problem also exists in 1.7 you are more likely to get somebody to look at it.

Hi Guys,
I had some time to gather data on this subject and here are some data showing inconsistencies. (sorry the board attachment quota has been reached, so I can't upload any pictures)
This is from my home router with 1.7.X installed:
Time-----Total----------------Download-----------Upload
Jun 15---6218.209 MBytes---5082.468 MBytes---1135.741 MBytes
Jun 14---4547.965 MBytes---4208.937 MBytes---339.028 MBytes

Jun 12---3108.899 MBytes---2657.464 MBytes---451.435 MBytes
Jun 11---3970.880 MBytes---3134.197 MBytes---836.683 MBytes
Jun 10---7705.006 MBytes---7185.029 MBytes---519.976 MBytes

Jun 07---8907.950 MBytes---8159.817 MBytes---748.133 MBytes
This is from my ISP for the same dates.

June 08, 2015---8,099----------------------668--------------------8,767
June 07, 2015---8,280----------------------694--------------------8,974
Note the numbers do not match and the router has always been the interface between my home and the ISP. The only device that I can think of that is in between, is the Cable Modem itself.

Re: Bandwidth Usage - Monthly Incorrectly Report
There will always be a difference between your ISP and Router.
If someone or a bot does a port scan on your WAN IP address, your ISP will pick this up as traffic but your Router will not.
Basically your ISP will count all traffic to and from your "Front Door"
Your Router will only count traffic that passes through your "Front Door"

I added up Total values for each day in May = 288.233 GBytes (Day View)
The Total value for Month May = 288.230 GBytes (Month View)
Close enough for me.
