Default Service Class Problem?

Post by seiser »

Hello, I just installed the gargoyle firmware on my new TL-WR1043ND V2. I have been fiddling all day with the QOS settings and have not nailed it. As you can see below I have set my default service class to my 3rd class profile. I have set static ip's to my personal computer and my living room computer. Is my default service class supposed to override my 1st and 2nd service class? All my devices are being limited to my 3rd class.

If its your download classes, you should put Destination 192.168.1.100 and not Source 192.168.1.100 in your Match Criteria.

Please reboot your router, and then take and post screen shots of your Connections page and you download Qos Page (top to bottom).

Should you even be specifying a minimum here for the classes that is exactly the same as your maximum? You're trying to allocate a minimum of 65,000 kbps in total.

I'm surprised this is working properly at all given your maximum bandwidth is set to the minimum allocation for Class 1.

Everything is working fine now after restoring the router and starting from scratch. Not sure what I did wrong the first time.
