Cant connect to router through the gargoyle device

I get internet via a BT Home hub 5 which is connected to a WNDR3700 with gargoyle installed.

I cant access my Home hub via http://192.168.1.254/ when using the WNDR3700's ethernet or wireless. I have to connect directly to the home hub. The WNDR3700 is on http://192.168.1.1/

I'd like to put the home hub into modem mode to make the WNDR the main router but I cant do that until I am able to connect to it via the WNDR.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Sorry if this is obvious but I couldnt find anything on google. Thanks in adavance!

Never mind. I changed the WNDR's ip in gargoyle to http://192.168.2.1/ and everything works perfect.
