Restriction time rule not working?

Hi,

I had set a restriction for some machine for the following time periods :
00:00-09:00, 19:00-00:00

and found that the second part of the time rule did not work. Changed to 00:00-09:00, 19:00-23:59 and now it works.

Is this a feature, or is there another way to may a rule go until midnight?
