Hello everybody.
I'm using gargoyle on my router since I bought it and I really love it.
Right now I'm using the latest version because I sometimes use OpenVPN, so it has to be Hearthbleed safe.
In the next weeks I'm going to replace it as primary router and I'd like to use it as wireless bridge, but actually this version of the firmware suffers a low transmission speed. I can barely reach 5-6 MBs when transferring files from my 1 Gbps NAS through a WiFi 300N client. With later versions I remember reaching something like 9 MBs or even more...
Does anybody remember the best version for a high speed via WiFi?
Thank you very much!

Test is reading and writing files to the USB flash drive on the router. Speed appears to be limited by hardware and not wifi
