need help coming back to gargoyle

hello,
two days ago i wanted to try dd-wrt and i did, flashed it right from the gui.
but now i want to go back to gargoyle tried to use all the bins i can from eirc's and ispy and everytime the bin gets uploaded and upgraded it comes back with dd-wrt still even used stock firmware bins made to use from dd-wrt gui to go back to stock then reflash gargoyle and it wont..
its like dd-wrt got installed and wont f-in let go of it T_T
please help what else should i do since wdr4300 v1.6 has a very short window for recovery i cant do tftp.

Did you Google this? Seems there are many references out there.

We are not experts here on DD-WRT. I suggest you discuss with them over there how to revert to your original factory firmware. Then you can post again here if you have trouble getting Gargoyle to load over your factory router.

Was wondering whether you found anything over at dd-wrt about getting Gargoyle on this router. I too have have the same problem and just found different steps over there supposedly to revert this back to factory. No mention of what they meant by factory. Whether it was the dd-wrt flavor or the non dd-wrt version they used. Here is one such method http://www.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic. ... c&start=15 of reverting this router.

I have no idea whether this works and may just stick with using dd-wrt on this router.
