HDD stanby timer function

HDD stanby timer function

By me, the feature is good when we can set a time to spin down the HDD. I'm not find hdparm or similar plugin.

I build OpenWRT trunk images and I think this has to be compiled
into the kernel at build time

I don't think this is added in Gargoyle by default.
