scheduled Enabled & disabled Quotas?

As the ISP give free traffic between 1am-8am, to be more accurate I want scheduled Quotas disabled at 1am and Enabled 8am(not change any existing record and setting)

possibly? like add some command on etc/crontab/root

You can already use quota settings to set this up. Use Quota Is Active option.
