Changing Language

I would like switch the language from Gargoyle to some of the list here

/rom/www/i18n/universal/menu-system_languages.txt

fallback=Languages
EN=Languages
ES=Idiomas
FR=Langues
DE=Sprachen
AR=??????
RI=?????
BR=Idiomas
PL=Jezyki
ZH-CN=??
RU=?????
NO=Språk

for example DE (German).

I tried changing /etc/config/gargoyle

....
option fallback_lang 'English-EN'
option language 'English-EN'

to

option fallback_lang 'English-EN'
option language 'German-DE'

but did not work

Any hints how it would be possible?
If not can i translate it too and upload the file?

I have installed die newest Gargoyle-Firmware on my WNDR3800 and now some question about changing the language:::
First: in the webmenu I can not find where to change the language.
Second: when i browse to http://x.x.x.x/languages.sh i do not found any entry for installing or aktivating german.
third: in the Plugin-menu i can not install or aktivate german to.

at the news of the version 1.6.1 it was writen that german was supportet as new language ...

can anyone help me ?
