Can't upgrade firmware TL-WR743ND

Hello everyone,

I'm trinyng to update the firmware of my TL-WR743ND, but when I chose the file an clink on upgrade button it show a pop up error saying "choose a firmware file to upgrade"

What can I do to install the firmware?

Filename is too long, make it shorter.
