wifi unstable on TL-WR1043ND V1.9

every version of gargoyle that i flash, no matter which one (now i'm working with 1.6.0) i have a wifi disconnects, after wifi disconnects i must reboot the router to make wifi work again.
is there a hardware issue with my unit or the firmware images is unstable?
i don't know what to do.

now i think that is the dhcp lease time causing this issue, i change the default for 24 hours and my laptop is on all time, and i checked the time status, and the wifi connection is drop out exactly after this lease time.
please fix this bugs on wifi.
another question - can i flash from gargoyle directly to openwrt firmware or not?

My experience:
I moved from Gargoyle 1.6.0 to BB r39755 (Barrier Breaker trunk) using the sysupgrade file (openwrt-ar71xx-generic-tl-wr1043nd-v1-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin).
I made it trough the web interface without preserving the settings.
My hardware: TL-WR1043ND V1.8
I did not experience any problem.

i will try it soon, now i have version 1.5.11 that seems better, the wifi is stable for week, that's better.
but after week - it disconnects and need to reboot.
now i convinced that it is a hardware issue.
