QoS not saving minRTT and bandwidth

Hi, I have a WR740N router, and when I try to set a minRTT class , it just not save (after clicking save in the page), ACC can't work, another thing that is not saving is Total Bandwitdh in the QoS (up and download) so I need to rewrite it everytime that I activate QoS but it remains saved until QoS is deactivated.

Any solution? Is a router problem?
