Wondered if it was possible to set two quota limits for each user (ip range). Idea being to reduce sppeed a little when user reaches 80% of quota, then slow right down (set to Over Quota class) once 100% quota used?
Class at 80% would maybe be set at 5%, 0, 2000
If possible, is order of the quota rules important?
