Gaming Plugins

Post by GargoyleNoob »

I was wondering if there are any plugins that I could add into Gargoyle to help improve my connectivity. I have 15 down/ 2 up and an average of 25 ping on 12 servers within a 500mi radius, but I always seem to be behind in P2P games like COD. I've tried QOS on and off, different settings, etc. Are there any plugins that could help?

I can pretty much guarantee you that a 25ms ping is better than your competitors have. I play P2P games myself and my ping is never better than 80ms and is often over 100ms. But none the less I still rule.

I am afraid any issue you have not due to your ping times or your router's performance.

So, do you think it may be a modem issue? WoW gave me an old Arris Docsis 2.0 modem since I don't have a "fast" package. But it's 2013 for Christ's sake.
