TL-WDR3600 Load Issue

Post by Darius »

Hi All,

Feeling like a real noob, I ask if anyone knows why I can’t seem to load to a TP-Link TL-WDR3600 v1.0.

I am using the file gargoyle_1.5.11-ar71xx-generic-tl-wdr3600-v1-squashfs-factory.bin and following the instructions described for the TP-Link TL-WR1043ND which has the same interface.

After selecting the bin file I select the “Upgrade” button and all I get is the message “Please choose a file to upgrade!”.

I have tried several browser and am now at the end of my extensive (NOT) experience.

Can anyone help?

Try renaming the file to "upgrade.bin" on your computer and then selecting it. Sometimes the long name causes such problems.
Linksys WRT1900ACv2
Netgear WNDR3700v2
TP Link 1043ND v3
TP-Link TL-WDR3600 v1
