System Logs don't display
I've been having intermittent internet disconnects. I have a NetGear 3700 V1 and I set it up to reboot nightly. I was on build 1510 and sometimes when I would click on system logs it would display but sometimes when I clicked system logs it would just display the status overview page. I just updated to 1511 yesterday and am seeing the same issue. I have a fairly vanilla setup. I did just setup ping watchdog yesterday (with default values). I'm hoping it might provide a clue to where the problem is (ISP or the NetGear). I've check the surfboard modem logs and occasionally get a critical error about no ranging response. Any help would be appreciated.

Wired, wireless or both?I've been having intermittent internet disconnects
Re: System Logs don't display
Both wired and wireless. I am on the latest build and it still goes to system status when I click on system logs. If anyone has a good way for me to have a monitor setup, etc. so I can tell if it is the router, the modem, or my ISP, it would be helpful.

Does anyone have any clue why the system logs never display? The link always sends me to the status overview page. I still occasionally have disconnects and I am fairly certain it is my ISP - bought a new Surfboard 6141 cable modem but I keep seeing "No range response" in that log. I'd like to confirm my disconnects (should show in the NetGear) appear at the same time, etc. I now have the latest firmware 15.11 for a NetGear 3700 initial versionRichMD wrote:Both wired and wireless.
