About openvpn server

My router is tp-link TL-WR1043ND, using gargoyle 1.5.10

The problem is that when I set the vpn server using port 443 and TCP.

It shows "openvpn server port conflicts with web server port. changes could not be applied"

Is there any way to use port 443 for vpn server?

PS: I just use port 81 for web admin
