OpenVPN - Same Client credentials - different name?

I intend to have multiple clients connecting to a Gargoyle OpenVPN server but wont be able to create individual files per client (since I need to build them into some device firmware). Therefore i've chosen Credentials can be used by multiple clients from the Credential Re-use menu.

Is there a way to use this option and specify a different name to display in the 'Connected OpenVPN Clients' listings in the Gargoyle OpenVPN status page?

This would allow me to distinguish between the clients as I am assuming they will all be listed with the same client name seeing as they are sharing the same credential files?

Since there hasn't been any replies, I'm assuming that choosing Credentials are Specific to each client is the only way to create individual names?
