after internet search,
config the wlan power,but it still not work.

Both of your routers should be using Gargoyle 1.5.10

They both are listed by OpenWRT as fully supported by
Attitude Adjustment 12.09 (which is in Gargoyle 1.5.10)

Switch your config around

Make the G450H the Primary and try the WR841N as WDS

You should not have your WR841N as primary because its a weaker
router and will bottleneck your setup.

Your most powerful router should always be the main Access Point.
