QOS explained

Hello,

First of all, great job with gargoyle, it's working great.

Can someone explain how to use the QOS options?

I would like to apply different restrictions to:

Normal use
OpenVPN
FTP folder 1
FTP folder 2

Can someone give me pointer to that?
