WR1043ND HW 1.6 and Gargoyle 1.3.16?

Hi,
my current firmware is "OpenWrt Attitude Adjustment 12.09-rc1 / LuCI 0.11 Branch (0.11+svn9511) ", and i want to switch to gargoyle.
The installation instruction says that i need to flash 1.3.14 from branch 1.3 .
Is this an outdated advice and i can flash 1.3.16 instead this?
What about the files from stable 1.4 or experimental 1.5 branch?
The XXX.sysupgrade files are the right ones,aren't?

You should be able to use the sysupgrade file 1.5.6 with no problems. I have that version on my wr1043nd v1.8.
