ChangeLog?

I'm wondering if there's a changelog anywhere for Gargoyle. I see there's been 2 new versions released recently but I can't seem to find a list of what's been changed/fixed... is there not one or am I just not seeing it?

Eric tends to reply to bug reports in the forums as well and
will say stuff like 'this has been fixed in new version'
And then you'll see a new version available for download.

1.0.10 has been working great the past few days.

I don't use QoS or Quotas, so don't notice if any of that is
not really working properly myself.
