I've bricked a WZR-HP-G300NH2. There is a solid red light on it. This is my first time to install custom firmware, though I am an IT guy. I did it per the instructions here...

...But the router won't ping at 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.11.1
I've tried to unbrick using the trick of the static arp entry of the generic mac but the tftp server fails to even connect.

I'm getting a little desperate. Can anyone help?

I responded to your other post but I will add to make sure you use a switch between between the two to keep your PC's ethernet connection active immediately on power up of the router.
If that does not work then observe what is going during the boot process with Wireshark.
