Can the AAC system raise the link limit? I see is that ACC reduces the link limit, but it seems to never raise it.
The problem with this is that I setup my bandwidth limit to 8000 kbps, but it seems that AAC can adjust the limit to around 4000 kbps... And AAC doesn't try do raise the limit back to 8000 kbps, even if the bandwidth is available.

ACC will raise the link limit when the demand on the link approaches the link limit and the ping times indicate there is no congestion.
The ACC does not raise the link limit if the link is not near saturation. There is no need to.
If you beg to differ you should post a screen shot with your link load the same as the link limit, the link limit below the maximum limit and the ping times below the ping limit.
