no serial port connection/x-fta router?

have new x-fta router and cannot get to connect using serial port cable.all other ports work?

I cant get my X-FTA dongle router to work I dont know correct version ofgargoyle frimware. Please let me know the correct firmware I need to download. Danny ONeal 619-527-8565
