If TOR is enabled (with option 'toggled by each host') one cannot enable/disable it as the login page (with enable/disable button)
not is not shown.
Maybe it's possible to move the toggle section to another page
in this case?

This is a known issue that has already been fixed in the repository, and the fix will be included in the next release.

I'm sorry if my problem description was not clear enough... I've already fixed the above mentioned "enable/disable TOR bug"
by manually editing the script! But this is not what I reported!
What I meant: If you disable the configuration password check
you won't see the login screen with the TOR enable/disable button.
How to enable/disable TOR per IP then?
