In "Status-Connection list" L7 proto not recognized in the statistics, so do not work in the shaper rules if you use a filter (Application (Layer7) Protocol).
А couple of versions ago it was determined correctly.
Now i use TP-LINK-1043 with Gargoyle 1.5.3

Thank you very much for your reply. You were right, reset to factory default settings and step by step setup help - everything is working correctly.
There are several issues:
1) When you attach the USB drive not see a page with System-USB Storage, swap is mounted correctly. I had to revert to previous version(1.5.2) - but the formatting is not currently needed.
2) How do the two samba users - the first administrator with read-write access, the second user - read-only.
