dongle setup "loosing hair" help

I have a ultra and set up x- fta dongle exactly the way all internet instructions say to do. till i get to last part where it says to put in HOST...PORT....USERNAME....PASSWORD....DES KEY.... what the heck do i put in those spots please help...
