You need to load the Tor plugin
Gargoyle - System - Plugins - Refresh plugins
But you may need to change the plugin root to an external USB drive to make enough space for the Tor plugin

Beware - you are running a beta version of Gargoyle with a known issue with Tor. DO NOT select the "hidden services" option. The "toggle by client" option should work OK
Can you help someone else get Gargoyle up and running?

[EDIT WARNING I just tested the setup below and my router became unstable so please avoid Tor entirely on the current beta version]

All looks good to me. After a reboot Tor should be at
Gargoyle - Connection - Tor.

Remember on the current beta version DO NOT select Tor Client: Hidden Service Access Only

Please use Tor Client: Enabled, Toggled By Each Host

Each person on your network can then turn Tor on/off by browsing to your network gateway (default 192.168.1.1)

The Tor stability issue should be solved in latest @ispyisail build

The best step-by-step I can give are in my prior post
viewtopic.php?f=8&t=8340&p=35944#p35786

After a reboot you should see Tor at
Gargoyle - Connection - Tor

If still not - can you provide the out put of logread after a reboot
Either ssh into the router and type logread
or use the logread plugin
