data vanashes after improper shut down

i have a problem with my electricity. so my router will shutt off at least 3 to 4 times per day. ... when i start router again the data is no longer available..or avaialable only of ie 2-4 hours before..
so

i want to save Qta MS data and Bw MS data in every one minute.. or each 30 sec automatically in router.. ..

any idea to save Quota logs and BW logs in every one minute.. or each 30 sec automatically in router.. ..help...
ups will backup for 1 hour only.. and electricity shutts for 3 to 4 hours .. it can not resist it.....
i have ups that give me only some time.. so in that time it should save the logs....
