Hi, I flashing wrt1900ac router with version 1.9.1.
The problem that not save the config ddns and can´t update.
I edited the file ddns_providers.conf but is the same, not save.
Is posible that one bug in this firmware?
I have tested with no-ip and dynu with the same result.
The name and password go without the symbols [] ?

You're editing the wrong file. You shouldn't touch that file at all.
You will need to reflash the firmware to fix that file, then use the Web Interfsce to setup DDNS
