I will be selling my NetGear N600 WNDR3700v2 and would like to know if I can factory restore and steps to follows.

Is it just a simple matter to go into my router Gargoyle router management utility interface

-system/update firmware with the following firmware file downloaded from this web site called

gargoyle_1.11.0-ar71xx-generic-wndr3700v2-squashfs-factory.img

?
