Quota assignments not quite right?

So far, just confusing, no real drama (yet, you know those pesky kids ;-) just a matter of time )

Also seems odd that I can watch a system from the Bandwidth Distribution
page and the Up/Down there for the day doesn't match the values from the Quota for the day.

Its never been perfect, how much is it out by?
