is it possible to slow down buffering of a certain class? for example if someone is watching videos the connection is jumping from 0-8000kbps really fast.

I'd like to see something like this also, it would be great for testing purposes also if you could introduce latency and artificial delays to packet receive/send etc to a class or adjust the ramp up speed for allocation.

At the moment all I'm doing is setting Max Bandwidth on Classes assigned to Streaming devices like the Chromecast and Media Centre that restricts the bandwidth available to it.
