Hellow Folks! My TPLINK TL-WR941N/ND v4 with 1.8.1 Gargoyle, and another versions don't broadcast WLAN SSID, when the the WLAN to connect, in gateway mode, is offline.
WHy that? So when i want to change configurations, i only can do that if i get a notebook and connect it with a cable.
Why that, there's a option to NEVER TURN OFF radio when the ssid to join is offline?
Thanks!

This is a restriction of OpenWRT, not Gargoyle.
You can't change it unfortunately.
There is one method where you use the ping watchdog to execute a script which modifies your settings back to AP only mode, allowing you to connect and fix the issue.
