single Quota don't updates by OVPN connection

When my OpenVPN is activated nothing is counted in quota expect:
ALL
ALL-Others-Combined
is there a way to Count my Computer also, (ip range)?

Can you give us a screen shot of your openVPN server config

another user wanted a way to bypass the data counter for an IP
