Cannot connect to admin page

I cannot connect to the internet link that allows me to log in and monitor the quota usages etc. Does anybody know what this means. I am properly logged onto the wireless router and the internet does work and the router is on but the page won't load and says "Page cannot be found".

use internet explorer or firefix or opera instead of chrome (I assume that you are using chrome browser)
