I am having the same problem reported here for 1.9.2 with my installation of 1.12.0 on a TL-WDR4300. It has turned on its DHCP several times spontaneously, and I have had to turn it off again because it is daisy-chained with another (gateway) router connected to my cable modem. The gateway router is responsible for DHCP, and the Gargoyle router has been interfering. When I have turned off DHCP on the Gargoyle router, that has been the *only* thing I have changed in the Gargoyle configuration, so the advice given in response to the above-mentioned post seems not to apply. As a workaround, I can try giving the two routers different DHCP address ranges, but I would be much happier having my gateway router as the only DHCP server.
P.S. The FAQ link next to the "Quick links" menu in the upper left of the forum page isn't working.
