Hi just wondering why 1.5 is about 1.5Mb smaller than 1.4 - is any functionality missing?

Routers label certain things in a certain way, like the physical ports on the router & the physical radio device names. When you copy over wrong settings, things can go awry.

Hi I wrongly assumed that settings file would be a standard that could be shared between Gargoyle models. My new Dlink DIR-825 loaded up the latest version Gargoyle nicely and then I loaded settings from a DIR-300 which corrupted the new unit so I had to go to *rescue and load up a new image there. ...

Wiki says get the Special Version of Fon-Flash for D-Link DIR300. There is no special version shown anywhere on the site. Latest version is Y2009. Why cant we upgrade this router to Gargoyle by using the D-Link web interface/update/browse

Is it because the Gargoyle firmware is several tiers rather than one single file?

Hi V1 is supported by Gargoyle, and V2 has been supported DD-WRT recently. Is there support for the Version 2/Atheros chipset on Gargoyle yet, or is it too recent?
