When I was inputing my previous settings, I tried adding static addresses on DHCP page. Even though there were hosts connected (showing on Connected Hosts tab), they...

installing on a SamKnows TL-WDR3600
My SamKnows commitment is nearly up so I'll have a TP-Link WDR3600 (v1.4) available. I've telnet'ed in (by mashing the WLS button) and it's currently running OpenWRT AA r35093. When operating normally, it only listens on port 2222 for ssh so there's no web interface Am I correct in thinking I'll nee...

Re: install tcpdump?
Perfect... thank you. A quick change to LD_LIBRARY_PATH and all was good
It's not a problem that this will be lost on a reboot since it's not like it has to be there 24/7. And I could always put a cron job in place to re-install if the file is missing
I'm loving Gargoyle BTW

Re: install tcpdump?
You could try to install it into RAM (/tmp) folder, but it will be gone on restart. I tried adding the ' -d' option to opkg but I get an error. Is the syntax incorrect? Any way to just extract the ipkg file? root@Gargoyle:/tmp# opkg install -d /tmp tcpdump ERROR: No destination /tmp found, cannot i...

[solved] install tcpdump?
I'm a new user running 1.6.1 on a TP-Link TL-WR741N/ND v1 (re-badged Rosewill RNX-N150RT)
I'm trying to troubleshoot an SIP/VoIP problem where my phone will no longer register and tcpdump would really help
Can it be installed? If so, how?
