Using a similar setup here, but with an EnGenius AP and a WZR-600DHP. Updated to 1.6.2 and now my wi-fi dies after 10-15 minutes, whether ANI is enabled or disabled, wireless lights going off as well. wired continues to work as expected...

I've always had to flash using 1.5.11, then upgrade from there. If you're using the buffalo build, do a 30-30-30, then flash it. This way works every time for me.
