LEDE updated daily by all the familiar openwrt faces.
I'm wondering if we might need to switch repository for DD eventually in Gargoyle 1.11?

Re: Version error trying to load 1.9 on Archer C7 v2
Check out the latest posts in the latest version thread. There's actually a wifi driver problem for this router at the moment. I'm working on it. One user suggested a version that you can downgrade to which will get it working great again for the moment. The only thing is if you downgrade and want t...

Re: Wifi Ch. and Power of WRT1200ac
It isn't considered by default. If you set your country to Germany and then reboot it will be able to use the full power.
This hopefully will return some range and power to you.
If you are unsure how to do this send me a pm. In general I don't discuss setting the country on the forum.

It's because the wifi driver is stuffed.
I suggest you return to the previous build that works. I'll make this a priority.
Sorry guys.

@calculoso
On the connection basic page please press F12 and paste any errors from the dev console in Chrome here.
Also what router are you using?
I am currently investigating DDNS with No-IP.com. Every other DDNS provider I've tested seems to work fine but it crashes on their service.

This is the latest version.

The country setting is edited through the command line. We can cover this when you're up and running in the new version.

I've confirmed an issue with DDNS causing an interface hang, but can't figure out why yet.

Please use the latest 1.9.X to get the latest wifi driver.
Also, what country are you in and did you set this in the driver?

Re: Connectiong router to internet
What exactly does, "it won't save" mean?
Is it doing nothing when you hit save? Is the waiting icon spinning forever? Or does it save and then just not connect like you would expect?
I still need a picture of your settings please.
