Re: 1.13.0.x gargoyle-ispy 2020-November-01 20
So I could help and make them easier to download, so I started my own web server: http://gargoyle.romanhk.cz Thanks so much for this - I started the torrent but it stalled. Is there any chance that you can open up browse access to the various plugin directories so that we can set them up as sources...

Nothing? No messages, except for warnings about password fields not in a form. Tried chrome and chromium based edge, and internet explorer for a laugh.

Re: 1.13.0.x gargoyle-ispy 2020-September-07 00
Thanks - updated (preserve settings) from Lantis's June 18 build with no problems. Now can specify longer IPv6 DNSs (thanks Lantis ;)). The WAN IPv6 address is shown on the Status/Overview page, but is not shown on the Connection/Basic Page (there is a label for Current IP on the right hand side of ...

Re: 1.13.x with IPv6 Test Build - 20200619
Not sure what the expected behaviour is, but I just tried setting up the cloudflare DNS as a custom DNS. The entry field isn't long enough for the IPV6 addresses (limited to 16 characters):
1.1.1.1
1.0.0.1
2606:4700:4700::1111
2606:4700:4700::1001

Re: 1.13.x with IPv6 Test Build - 20200619
It would be great to hear your feedback once you've moved RSPs. Of interest, who are you moving to? Churned to Launtel today. IPv6 is working: Picks up IPv6 Wan address (/48 block of addresses) using connect via DHCPv6 Allocates IPv6 to clients (DHCPv6 enabled, router advertisements enabled, Statel...

Re: Network connectivity monitoring
I used PingPlotter (https://www.pingplotter.com/) to ping: Router (e.g. 192.168.1.1) ISP Assigned DNS Server Google DNS (e.g. 8.8.8.8) 1st Upstream Hop Local CDN Host when trying to prove repeated drop-outs. Assuming your IP doesn't change that often and your first upstream hop changes less often, t...

I'm definitely going to sign up to Launtel's free trial, and if it is good, stick with them. Fallback is AussieBB.

Re: 1.13.x with IPv6 Test Build - 20200619
Running now.
As per earlier builds, currently only IPv6 internally, IPv4 WAN connection to Optus.
IPv4 DDNS now working with ZoneEdit without needing to patch ddns_providers.conf
Another (free) month with Optus before I transfer to an IPv6 supporting ISP, then I can start testing with IPv6 WAN.
