You really shouldn't have the modem setup as a dhcp server anyway - it can cause NAT issues... can you set it to bridged and use pppoe on the router?

One other thing I find bothering me is that enter doesn't work after typing the password on the login page (on Opera at least).

First issue I'm seeing is that it seems your modem is also acting as a router, which is giving you a double router setup, which is bad (can cause the issues you are describing). If you have your Connection > Basic > Internet/Wan set to DHCP this is your current setup. I assume your DSL uses PPPoE......

I noticed this when I first installed this on my WRT54GL (I had to save the connection page to get it to reconnect), but I only used that for a few hours - reason being I was trying new firmware as the router just died... I had been using DD-WRT. I liked this so much I just bought an Asus WL-500gPv2...
