Re: PPPoE WAN bug?

Hi I have never used the uci_firewall script but am also experiencing this bug - my router *never* automatically re-establishes a PPPoE link after power up. I have checked the the "uci_firewall.sh" file on the router and it looks unmodified i.e. #!/bin/sh # Copyright (C) 2008 John Crispin ...

Re: Version 1.1.6

I have not yet used version 1.1.6, but have experienced similar problems (mainly slow internet, having to re-load pages multiple times etc.) when restoring a configuration after flashing a new version. If I re-flash the same firmware and setup the settings manually then it works fine. I have done th...

Re: PPPoE WAN bug?

Hi Eric I am still experiencing this problem on 1.0.15. This can be a problem if there is a temporary power outage and the router does not automatically re-establish the PPPoE link - that is if I am not at home to sort it out ;) Please let me know if I can supply any log files that may help in isola...

Re: PPPoE connected, clients have no internet access

I have run into a similar problem on 1.0.14. If I enable the Wireless MAC Filter, both my *wired* and wireless connections to the router slow down and need multiple refreshes to load a page. All internet access then becomes very erratic. Everything returns to normal as soon as I disable the Wireless...

Re: Version 1.1.2

Hi Eric I have never seen any discrepancy between the date/time displayed on my PC and the date/time indicated on the Router. The only comment is that the router describes its date as "UTC" whereas I am actually at UTC+2hours. The System -> Time -> Current Date & Time: displays the act...

Re: PPPoE/DNS bug in 1.1.1

Hi Eric

I think this may be related to an issue with the way settings are stored in 1.0.8. I had a similar problem upgrading from 1.0.8 (or 1.0.9?) to 1.0.12. I have not had this problem since 1.0.12.

I have not yet tried the 1.1.x releases, but will do so shortly.

Re: Version 1.0.12

I find that the Bandwidth Graph Display Options are saved correctly, but the actual graph data is incorrect when I navigate away and then return to this page. When I return to the bandwidth page it only shows a graph of the total bandwidth (even though the drop-down boxes are selected correctly). Do...

Re: Listing remote admins in connected hosts

Hi

I think that is a great idea! It would be most useful to have this feature.

Re: 1.0.8 QoS graphs?

I am also having a problem with displaying QOS Distribution graphs in 1.0.8 - they are totally blank. My Status -> Bandwidth usage graphs are however working normally (after doing a CTRL-F5). FWIW, if I download the bandwidth data I get a CSV file that looks like it has valid upload and download QOS...
