Re: Gargoyle-ispy 2015-January-06.7z
I have 1.70 installed and the revision starts with f739e1e, which is the 2nd latest revision. So there has only been one revision since and it looks like that one is just the script for generating the js page (or something like that).

Re: DHCP - locking IP to MAC doesn't seem to work
I had the same problem on 1.6.2 with a WDR3600, except it also happened even without using static IPs. Plus the clients that received a wrong IP address couldn't connect to the internet.
Can you let me know if a firstboot fixes it for you?

Re: WDR3600 Fail
I also had lots of disconnection problems with Gargoyle 1.6.2 on a WDR3600 router. Currently I am using the latest OpenWRT on BB and have had no problems whatsoever.
I suggest waiting for Gargoyle 1.7 which should be released sometime this week, hopefully it doesn't have problems like 1.6.2.

Just wondering, do you make any changes yourself? Or do are you just building what Eric last committed?

Re: Gargoyle to OpenWRT
I have the same hardware version. On Gargoyle 1.6.2 I was having troubles with DHCP where all of a sudden it would start giving out the wrong addresses which would result in the connection not working. Haven't tried any other version yet though. I'm also on OpenWRT now and it's stable.

Gargoyle to OpenWRT
Hi all, I currently have a TP-WDR3600 on 1.6.2 Gargoyle however I would like to try OpenWRT as I am having some stability issues. Is this the proper procedure to do so, using SSH? cd /tmp wget http://www.example.org/openwrt_firmware.bin sysupgrade -n -v firmware.bin What about if I want to go back t...

Re: cheapest replacement for aging buffalo wzr-hp-g300nh
Another vote for the WDR3600, coming from a wzr-hp-g300nh owner. However you are going to need BB, 1.6.2 does not play well. Its been running solid since i installed the BB build posted in the 1.6.2 thread, but its just openwrt, no gargoyle yet. I recommend the WDR3600 as well. I'm having some prob...
